On September 22, 2024, we embarked on a remarkable journey to Lund for the Skandinavisk Väckelse Conference, which was organized in collaboration with the Back to Bible Church Community. It was a blessed time of fellowship, with ministers of the Gospel and members of the Body of Christ coming together under the theme “Jesus Reigns.” The conference was an extraordinary experience of worship, teaching, and edification, where God worked powerfully through different preachers, each exercising their unique gifts for the glory of His Kingdom.

A Call for Revival

Rev. Christian Hem delivered a powerful message, stating, “We need an army of revival carriers who can ignite a steppe fire to destroy the devil’s harvest!” This is a profound truth, emphasizing the urgent need for committed believers who carry the fire of revival from one generation to the next. Without such dedication, the love of many will grow cold, and the spiritual harvest will diminish. Drawing from the example of Moses, Rev. Hem reminded us that God commanded, “The fire must be kept burning on the altar continuously; it must not go out” (Leviticus 6:13).

A Message on Spiritual Intelligence

During the conference, I had the opportunity to share the message God had placed on my heart, focusing on the need for spiritual intelligence—Divine Wisdom—to help the Body of Christ withstand the schemes of the enemy. God revealed to me that many ministers and believers are facing intense mental and spiritual battles. Thoughts, like storms, arise in their hearts, often opposing the very mission God has entrusted to them. These thoughts can bring depression, anxiety, and moral struggles, seeking to silence the ministers of God’s Word.

But God’s promise remains: “Fear not, for it will not harm you.” (Isaiah 43:1) The enemy’s aim is to discourage those who proclaim the Gospel, but we are assured that through Christ, we can overcome these attacks. As 2 Corinthians 10:3-4 reminds us, “Though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.”

Prophet Christos Harmanis confirmed this word during his own message, testifying that my teaching aligned with the revelations God had given him. In the spirit of 2 Corinthians 13:1, “In the mouth of two or three witnesses, every word shall be established.”

Equipped for Spiritual Warfare

The heart of my message was centered on Ephesians 6:11-18, urging believers to “put on the full armor of God” so that we can stand firm against the spiritual forces of evil. In this world, spiritual warfare is inevitable, but as Luke 10:19 declares, we have authority over all the power of the enemy. With trust in God’s strength and without compromise, we can maintain our position of victory in Christ.

Outreach and Soul-Winning in Lund

On the second day of the conference, we took to the streets of Lund for an outreach mission. Our focus was sharing the Gospel of Christ—His birth, death, and resurrection. I often ask people during outreach, “Are you born again? Have you received Christ? Who is Jesus to you?” Many answer according to what they’ve heard or been taught, but it’s always enlightening when I meet individuals who were baptized as infants or confirmed later in life but lack a personal relationship with Jesus.

One notable encounter was with a young man among a group of friends. While many were hesitant, he was open to hearing the Gospel and quickly received Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. It was a powerful reminder of the truth in Luke 15:7, “There will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance.”

This outreach was truly a success, with many hearts opened to the Gospel and some making the life-changing decision to follow Jesus. This mission, and indeed the entire conference, reminded us of the importance and value God places on every soul. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16).

Looking Ahead with Hope

We are committed to winning more souls for Christ and equipping them for discipleship—teaching them to pray, study the Word of God, and live as doers of the Word, not just hearers. We look forward to how God will continue to move mightily in Sweden and across the world, bringing many more into His Kingdom.

In a vision God gave me in August, which I shared at the Västerås conference (August 16-18, 2024), He said, “I still have My people in Sweden, and I will bring more to Myself.” We are excited and expectant, trusting in God’s promise that the work He has begun, He will bring to completion.

Let us continue to stand in faith, keeping the fire of revival burning, and pressing forward in the mission of winning souls for Christ.
